Based off of the Aero M5 (DPMS High) platform combining all of the features you would expect from a FS Pro upper. 18" Hanson .875"barrel that is perfectly gassed and extremely accurate while still balancing weight. Finishing the build we have Aero handguards, NIB BCGs, Aero Breach CHs, and all of the quality assembly processes and unlimited lifetime warranty (first free rebarrel as well).

Barrel nut is sequentially torqued down to 50 FT-lbs. Starting at 25, then 35, and then finally 50 FT-lbs to ensure proper mating of the threads.
Barrel is also bedded to the upper receiver with an expanding/hardening compound to ensure perfect fit and reliable accuracy.
If you legit burn out a barrel, like 10,000 -25,000 rounds, and the barrel becomes inaccurate I will rebarrel it for you for free. Good luck.

The Build Process:
Every upper is assembled by me, one at a time. Every piece is hand fit, barrels to the uppers, gas blocks to the barrels, gas tubes to gas blocks, handguards, roll pins, You get the picture. What all that means is that you get an upper that you can depend on and will hold up to years of hard use.

These are assembled by me by hand as well as transported back and forth from the range from test firing. Becuase of the handling of the uppers there will be some very minor cosmetic blemishes. If you are looking for a showroom finish, please look elsewhere. I expect my uppers to be used harshly and to handle the abuse. Any issues with function will be immediately addressed and remedied to the satasfaction of the customer.
