The SD Pro is our first .300 Blackout upper and is intended for use with a suppressor that fits under the handguard. The Aero Enhanced handguard has an ID of 1.72" and should fit all 1.5"-1.6" OD cans. These have a 8.3" BA Hanson barrel under the 10.7" Aero handguard and come with a KAK flash can to extend beyond the front of the handguard. 
 
These are setup for mixed ammo and should run everything right out of the box. However some subsonic ammo may require lighter springs or buffers when unsuppressed.

Barrel nut is sequentially torqued down to 50 FT-lbs. Starting at 25, then 35, and then finally 50 FT-lbs to ensure proper mating of the threads. 
 
Barrel is also bedded to the upper receiver with an expanding/hardening compound to ensure perfect fit and reliable accuracy. 
 
If you legit burn out a barrel, like 10,000 -25,000 rounds, and the barrel becomes inaccurate I will rebarrel it for you for free. Good luck.

8 handguard set screws are torqued to 10-inch pounds for easy removal and installation of your suppressor. Re-instal to 25 in-lbs with blue loctite. I can also do that here if you plan on using the flash can for a while. 
 
We apply a Permatex Anti-Seize solution to the receiver extension before installing the barrel nut to ensure they do not lock up over many years of hard use.
